  2. The employee answers questions from their computer.
  3. Then I create a personalized report for that employee and email it to you. (Magic sauce part 1)
  4. You and I look at the profile together, and I give you the scoop on how to communicate with and motivate that employee. (Magic sauce part 2)

 

Trying to decide which candidate to hire?

  1. You pick the final 3 candidates for a job. You give me email addresses for the candidates.
  2. You tell me about the job. I email the candidates.
  3. They answer the questions online.
  4. I give you personalized reports on each, along with some pros and cons about their match to the job. (I can even give you some customized interview questions to ask.)
  5. You finish the resume reviews and final interviews to make sure you have all of the information you need to make a decision.
  6. Boom. Awesome new superstar hire.

I meet with them one-on-one and use my innate skills and years of training to coach that employee to greatness.
