Libsyn Podcast Hosting: Libsyn is where I host my podcast. I recommend hosting your podcast separately from your existing website. Plans start at $5 a month, and you can use one account to host multiple podcasts.
Cheap, Good USB Mic: Audio-Technica ATR2100-USB Cardioid Dynamic USB/XLR Microphone is a great inexpensive microphone for podcasting. Recommended by John Lee Dumas of Podcaster’s Paradise. Plugs into the USB port on your computer. Comes with a small tripod stand. Love that I can plug in my earbuds into the microphone to listen to an episode during editing. Best price usually $60 on Amazon.
